1. Where are you located?
I work out of my home studio in Wheaton, Illinois.

2. Where are the products made?
I design the scarves in my home studio, located right outside of Chicago. The modal/silk blend fabric is cut and sewn in Bagru, India. The scarves are screen printed by hand in Brooklyn, New York. I hand print the stationery in my studio and also work with a printing manufacturer in Chicago to print the digitally produced items. All of my products are ethically produced abroad and in the United States.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Please contact me if you would like to purchase an item and live outside of the United States.

4. I noticed my scarf and/or paper goods have some imperfections. Is that normal?
Due to the handmade nature of the textiles and stationery, no two products will ever have the exact same print. Some markings and differences in color occur during the textile and paper printing process, which means each item is completely unique. 

5. How do I wash the scarf?
I recommend hand washing the scarf with light soap and cold water. Lay it flat to dry. Please note that some dyes may bleed slightly when washing, so wash the scarf separately. The dye bleeds are completely normal and will not cause your scarf to lose its color. 

6. Can I iron my scarf?
I recommend using low heat when ironing.

7. The product I wanted is sold out. When will it be available?
I apologize for any inconvenience. New batches are printed as products are sold out. Be sure to follow INKMADE on Instagram, so I can notify you when the product is back in stock.

8. When will you post more of your products?
INKMADE products are constantly being handmade. I post products as I design, make, and receive them from our printers. I truly appreciate your patience and support as I update the products online.

9. How do I return my item?
I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you would like to return your item, it must be unwashed and unused. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will process your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping the new item. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
